Biography
I feel passionate about representing people who have either been seriously injured or have lost loved ones as the result of mistakes made by others. Those people have to not only deal with the fact that their lives are forever changed by the physical and emotional pain that has been inflicted on them through no fault of their own, but they also have to fight against the insurance company for the person or company who caused their injury or loss. That insurance company is willing to spend any amount of money, and do anything, to find a way to underpay for what was done to them. The insurance company cares nothing about fairness or justice, only saving money. Nothing brings me more satisfaction than fighting hard for my clients as their voice against this insurance industry and getting fairness and justice for them.
I specialize, as does my entire firm, in representing the seriously injured. The cases range from significant automobile accidents to dangerous conditions of property (private or governmental) to construction site accidents to products liability claims to dog bites incidents.
