Mr. Seropian takes his time to listen to a person's concern and his advice has been extremely helpful. All I can say is Jacob is the BEST! During the storm season, my grandma was living in her senior apartment and it was totally flooded from the front entrance to her bedrooms. The maintenance workers and front office never delivered their word to repair and help my grandma for relocation or any kind o...f help. Days went by and she continued to stay in her home waiting for assistance from the front office. At this point, mold and mildew started to grow from her ceiling and carpet. She became ill and yet she was still not a priority for the management team. Once Jacob was hired to help us, he was very concise of what steps to take and now all communications were to be addressed to him first. He did a fantastic job!
