The worst thing I did was hiring them. Do your research before and make sure to read everything they send you. They didn't help at all. They charged me and I spoke with a few people about my case. They were nice in the beginning . Thomas is so rude . He was supposed to contact me and never did. He go...t upset and told me if I was happy with the service to look else where. I should have! Very unprofessional!!! I was always email them to get answers and they would delay so much on responding back. They never set up a court hearing or settle anything for me. It was a waste of time and money to deal with them. I took my original tax documents so they can scan my stuff and they shred them. Seriously save your money ! Don't make business with these people. I should have read the reviews. I also I asked for a itemized bill of what they charged and they came out with an excused. I am providing screenshot of the conversation we had. They never physically went to any of my hearings. The 1st one they were supposed to go they never contact to me to let me know they were doing it threw the "phone". They never requested any hearing after the ones I originally had. I asked multiple times and they never did anything about it. They seemed bother everytime I called. Why lie to clients and telling them you would walk them threw the whole process whe. You didn't? You guys are just fraud and take money from innocent people. Super rude service overall. I wouldn't never recommend this place to anyone

Mr Sands spent about 1/2 an evening on line helping me with questions I had regarding debt settlement. Then again responded frequently in the next few days to my questions with alot of patience, there online as Im really worried about my situation. Am not sure it will be affordable with him handli...ng as we are not sure what kind of payment plans attornies handle with credit companies compared to debt settlement programs out there, will soon find out. Hoping he's the 1 to help , will know later in upcoming conversation. If not it seems to ne whoever gets his caring compassionate help is lucky. His fee arrangements are fair and pretty amazingly kind for those of us I financial stress..nice man!
