I was in a car accident in 2020 and hired Jacob to help me after not getting anywhere talking to the insurance on my own. Jacob worked hard to be sure I received a fair settlement, my car was fixed, and I was taken care of medically. He actually ended up getting me much more than I expected so that... I was able to continue medial care after the case closed. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and he cares about his clients.

Listen...I was stressed out of my mind at the point in time I came to Jacob. I found him on Yelp, initially. There were a SCAD of 4-5 star attorneys for my particular needs, so I decided to send all of them a private-message on Yelp to see who would come through first (not that punctuality ALWAYS d...etermines the quality of the individual, but it doesn't hurt!). Of the 10 attorneys I reached out to, Jacob CALLED me in less than 5 minutes (and this was very early in the morning, mind you!). He was extremely professional and friendly on the initial call, but I figured this would be the treatment of all attorneys. Nevertheless, Jacob continued to impress me with his knowledge, professionalism, and extremely pleasant personality. I never felt like I WASN'T in the presence of a true master throughout the entire process of my case. He got me through every heartache and stresser in my case, and succeeded exactly as promised in the end (and was VERY fast, as well, all things considered). Mr. Seropian takes his time to listen to a person's concern and his advice has been extremely helpful. I was frantic because I am a plaintiff pro per in a wrongful death case and opposing counsel was threatening me with sanctions if I could not produce records which a defendant had tampered with by ...withholding sections and I did not want to reproduce them since they were not complete, so he gave me simple solution on how to respond.
