J Craig Fong

When I was looking to hire an immigration attorney, I did some research before deciding on J Craig Fong. At first, I found an affinity to J because, like me, he is also gay and Asian. J helped me sort out the immigration mess and took extra care into exploring creative legal solutions to fix my immigration problems. Then as luck would have it, the U.S. Supreme Court’s unprecedented DOMA decision in 2013 paved the way for my now-husband and me to legally get married, thus making it possible for J to successfully file for my adjustment of status petition with my husband. Throughout the process, I found J to be professional, down to earth, funny, comforting and very easy to work with. I always found J to be in my corner, looking out for my best interest and he made me feel at ease while being taken care of under his capable hands. I can vouch that he is extremely knowledgeable in the area of immigration law. And I would highly recommend J to anyone in need of an immigration attorney.
