I like Jay and it pains me to leave a poor review, however, our case did not go smoothly. There where a lot of problems and going back and forth between Jay and his Partner just didn't work. Also the follow through was very poor and we would get conflicting information all the time. I have to say I a...m disappointed I really felt good at the beginning. I agree with the other comments Jay is very nice and is knowledgeable but he lacked follow through in our case. if something got to difficult he just dropped it and didn't proceed. when he continuley left messages for supervisors at uscis they never returned his calls. rather then be persistent he just gave up and told us we were on our own. when we did call for advise he told us one thing then would come back the next day and say the opposite. our case is finalized and with a mixed outcome. we have never received the green card in the mail. and he has left it up to us to figure this out. we either pay another $450 for a duplicate that we won't see for 9 months (per Uscis supervisor) or go without until we file for permeant residence. We hired an attorney to help us navigate this difficult process and it seems like we got just the bare minimum and an incomplete outcome.
