Huge, “Shout Out”, to Attorney Christa Riggins! Prior to contacting her for a consultation, I researched the YELP reviews and Christa is truly worthy of every 5 star review, (Smile). (100 % Real Talk) Keeping it real, she deserves, “One Billion”, star’s for her, ”Excellence”, with potential/clients crying out for help for injustices with employees being wrongfully accused at work due to lack of integrity filtered with honesty from administration for employees speaking up when seeing wrongdoings. When I called and was transferred to Christa, and she answered calmly identifying herself, I was in tears. The calmness in her voice without asking for a consultation fee let me know Christa, was genuine in fighting the legally way for justices with employees that were or at work being discriminated, intimidated, and lets not forget defamation of character being destroyed from false accusations, (That has be proven with substantial documentation) to show an employee innocence. Yet, the person, (Oops HR) doing the investigation is bias, discriminatory and becomes totally frustrated because, “God”, gave us a voice and if we’re a child of God the only one we should fear is him. I recently retained Christa on a wrongful termination case. This was a difficult and personally emotional case and many attorneys wouldn't take the case after the initial consultation. I'd never been involved in a lawsuit and was scared, emotionally fragile and didn't know what to expect. From ...the first conversation, Christa was knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate and empathetic. While she was honest and outlined the challenges and uphill battle we faced, she reassured me that she was willing to fight for me and get the justice I deserved. She spent the time to outline all of my options every step of the way and gave recommendations without pressuring me one way or the other. Her cadence in updating me on the case was perfect and she did all the heavy lifting with respect to investigative work giving me the peace of mind to go on with my life without having to worry/wonder about how the case was proceeding. When we were presented with a settlement agreement which was more than I had hoped for, she gave me the option to settle and offered to to continue to fight and potentially take the case to trial to get me an even larger settlement.
