Let me tell you how lucky I was to find Mr. Randall Fink. I was having an issue with a broker who had manipulated me to give a check for a deposit payment on a condo in Downtown. This broker did not place the funds in any brokerage account but cashed it and held the funds themselves. When details s...tarted to surface about the condo developer, litigation, HOA problems, homeowners claims. Other previously undisclosed issues arose as well. (market rates in this building we're dropping $5K+/wk.). It was definitely time to pull out and when I tried, that is when I was told I lost my rights to my money which was completely contrary to all previous agreements. Long story short I thought I was out $5K (at best after legal fees) and was beyond disgusted. In search of legal help I was blessed by the stars and landed in the office of Mr. Randall Fink who thankfully not only shared but validated and clarified my grievance. This class act was able to negotiate hard ball with these repugnant so-called brokers and remind them of what their consequences would be had they not heeded. Needless to say Randall confidently did what I was unable to do. He got blood out of that turnip. DID I SAY PRO BONO?! Thank you again Randall for your saving grace and thank you forever for bringing calm to this family's distress!
