Mark walked me through getting my estate in order. I knew that I needed to prepare a Trust and Will as well as other documents. I had put it off for nearly 3 years from when I first learned of how it would protect my hard earned assets and reduce the amount of legal hurdles and high costs associate...d with probate court in the event of my passing.
