He carefully flagged the necessary pages with "sign here" stickers and instructed us on how to have the document notarized and how to transfer the Real Estate into a Living Trust. UPDATE: My husband recently died and the peace of mind I had knowing that our legal details were handled was priceless. I focused on my husband and not the fear or anxiety of trying to arrange Medical of Legal Power of Attorney at the last minute. I also called Mark Abell to update the Will and Living Trust.
