Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs, I have always understood the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction. Far too often I hear stories of clients being treated by their attorney as “just another file,” being told that their case is “just too small,” and not being able to speak directly with their attorney.
I do not treat my clients as files. Each client is unique, and each client deserves to be treated as a person. I believe that any event that impairs someone’s life is significant, and is never “too small.” This is why I make it a point to be personally available to my clients, and I strive to give my clients the attention they deserve as people who are in need of my help.
