My work compensation case started in 2013. I found Ms. Guerriero by googling WC lawyers. It is 2016 and I am very happy to have her as my lawyer. I am the type of person that needs to stay inform on the status of my case periodically. Ms. Guerriero takes the time to speak to me regarding my legal, medical, and financial status. Ms. Guerriero informs me on what is happening with my case and guides me on what I need to do, to stay on top of my case; medically and financially. Additionally, she informed me on what her future legal steps will be. She has demonstrated understanding on what I go through, during my work compensation case and she does whatever is in her power, to make sure I receive the assistance I need, as soon as possible. For example, I am currently experiencing misunderstanding in regards to my financial assistance between the insurance company and EDD. Ms. Guerriero gathered needed documents from the adjusters to clear up the misunderstanding and delivered them to me within 24 hrs. As I have previously mentioned, I am only in my 3rd year of my case. I have heard that a WC case can take up to 20 years to settle.
