My experience with attorney Minh Nguyen from the beginning was excellent. My first consultation was in person. At my request, he visited me at my work place which showed me that he cared and was concerned about me. Not only did Mr. Nguyen help me get good medical treatment but I was also very happ...y with the amount of the settlement. As a result of their dedicated work, I ended up receiving much more that had I not contacted the law firm. They are dedicated to their clients and are not afraid to take a case to trial, if necessary. Minh represented me in a personal injury lawsuit in 2009. I was viciously attacked by a dog and in seeking redress, my case was turned down by a handful of lawyers before I presented it to Minh. Despite the fact that the case had some difficult aspects, after meeting me in person (I never got tha...t far with the other lawyers), Minh saw an angle and after some deliberation decided to take me on as a client. I'm very glad he did, as about a year later the case settled for an extraordinary amount thanks to Minh's efforts. In terms of work style, he's extremely hard-working and conscientious, all while maintaining a good sense of humour. He thoroughly researched my case and also made some crucial discoveries, the kind of which seemed more attributable to a private investigator than a lawyer - but that's the kind of lawyer he is. He kept me very well-informed of progress from start to finish and did an excellent job of preparing me whenever my involvement was required. Of course I have never worked with other personal injury attorneys and so I can't say for certain, but I would bet a large sum on intuition alone that my case could not have had a better outcome with any other attorney in the L.A. area.
