I was in a car accident and suffered a torn bicep tendon. I had to take time off work and undergo surgery to repair my tendon. Needless to say, I was distressed and worried about my future. They handled all the logistics and paid all the expenses. Next they went after the at-fault driver. The at-fault driver did not have sufficient insurance to cover my damages. So Mr. Nguyen sued the at-fault driver and forced him to personally pay for my injuries and harm. They quickly negotiated favorable terms. Mr. Nguyen and his firm Nguyen Lawyers are absolutely the best. They made a terrible situation easy. They explained things to me in plain English. They handled all aspects of my case. I am beyond grateful for the help that I received from Nguyen Lawyers. Minh Nguyen, Megan Klein, Belinda Theam, and their staff were wonderful. From day one, they jumped on my case to hold the at-fault driver accountable for not paying attention while driving and hitting me in a crosswalk. Minh brought the perfect amount of professional knowledge, savvy and discernment to my PI case which ended up yielding me the full amount of benefits from the opposing Insurance Company in a conclusion that settled OUTSIDE of court. It was such a relief when he joined forces with my other attorney ...to help bring justice to this case where my back was severely injured from a car accident. Very often through the process of being deposed and being interviewed by opposing insurance companies "doctors" I felt like a piece of meat, an inanimate object who's goal was to prove me wrong and a liar about the injuries that the MRI proved to be valid and the undermine the amount of pain and suffering I experienced as a result of the car accident where I was not at fault.
