I have handled many cases in probate court both in Los Angeles and Orange County Probate Courts and have handled over 8 probate trials over disputes about heirship, trust adminstration, breach of fiduciary duty, removal of trustees and administrators, contested conservatorships, and related concerns that are heard in probate court. In each case I have handled, I have received a successful result for the client.
Civil litigation matters that I've handled include property line disputes and lemon law.
