Mr. DeLuca and his team are the best! They are committed to getting the best possible outcome for their clients. I have dealt with a few attorneys and their teams and I can honestly say that I have not came across a better practice. This practice is well managed and focused on providing their client...s a great customer experience. If anyone ever needed an attorney I would strongly recommend Mr. DeLuca. He has represented me in a couple of cases and has always won. Bringing me the much needed peace back into my life.

Mr. Deluca took my wrongful termination case and settled it a little over a year after. To be honest I didn’t expect him to get me the settlement he did. He was always very thorough and direct. Aggressive with the opposite counsel when he had to and professional with me at all times. I would leave a ...message with the guy that works there, Melanie or Evelyn and I would always get a call back from Mr. Deluca almost immediately. With no doubt would I refer my family to him. It was a pleasure to work with him and his staff.

My family met with Deluca in October for a matter he said would take 4 months. We called his office for an update in February. Our calls were never answered or returned. In May, his office called to let us know our files were stolen/lost. We asked if Deluca had filed the documents necessary to pro...ceed with our case and the answer was No. We decided to terminate his services and requested a refund. From the ~$2,500, he only returned ~$400 claiming the following: $800 for a 2 hour initial client meeting (in reality, the meeting was significantly less) $525 for 3.5 hours of research $187 for 1.25 hours of research (and more...) I understand the value of a lawyer's time. However, I feel as though Deluca is lying about these items in order to keep as much of the money as possible. He never filed the documents for our case, so I really don't think he did much research for them... The reason I am writing this review is because I feel like my family was taken advantage of and would not want this to happen to anybody else's.
