My case was dismissed because they didn't fill out my paperwork correctly. The wrong address was put on my paperwork the court need me to submit pay stubs but I couldn't do it because my mail was send else were. The firm never called to inform me of my case, all the mail that was send to me was forwa...rd to them also yet they didn't submit the copies of the pays tubs which they had on file. I called for 5 day strait and never got a call back. Ana and the other receptionist kept saying it was my fault. they were also rude and mean. I paid them 1,500 dollars yet they don't want to take responsibility.

Please stay away from Colmenares, he is untrustworthy, unknowledgeable, and simply does not know what he is doing. He never looked into our file to notice that we didn't belong in a Chapter 7. He is overwhelmed with files, please look for an attorney that will be dedicated to your file. He got us ...into a nightmare, He put our home at risk of loosing it, he never updated our file when it was time to turn in the package. Totally unprofessional, incompetent and unethical. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES!!! I would hate for someone to live the nightmare we are living.

When I filled for bankruptcy, I never expected to be hit with all kind of hidden fees. I have many questions regarding my bankruptcy and all I received was wait to you see the attorn and After meeting with the attorney, My questions still remained unanswered. The staff is very inpolite and unprofe...ssional. I don't recommend this bankruptcy firm to anyone. The service overall is just a waste of time and money. To make it worse they also lost my papers And my personal information., and they still made it seem it wasn't there fault.
