Please stay away from Colmenares, he is untrustworthy, unknowledgeable, and simply does not know what he is doing. He never looked into our file to notice that we didn't belong in a Chapter 7. He is overwhelmed with files, please look for an attorney that will be dedicated to your file. He got us ...into a nightmare, He put our home at risk of loosing it, he never updated our file when it was time to turn in the package. Totally unprofessional, incompetent and unethical. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES!!! I would hate for someone to live the nightmare we are living.

When I filled for bankruptcy, I never expected to be hit with all kind of hidden fees. I have many questions regarding my bankruptcy and all I received was wait to you see the attorn and After meeting with the attorney, My questions still remained unanswered. The staff is very inpolite and unprofe...ssional. I don't recommend this bankruptcy firm to anyone. The service overall is just a waste of time and money. To make it worse they also lost my papers And my personal information., and they still made it seem it wasn't there fault.

These people only is interested in your money. You meet the attorney after you paid all your fees, for only 5 minutes, he does not go over your paper work or explain the procedures, he only says "sign here" and that's all. The day of your court date, the office sends a different person to court, ke...ep in mind he does not know who you are and you neither. If you have any accounts that you would like to keep, they don't walk you through the proper guidelines and procedures. The secretaries are very snappy and sometimes condescending.
