Unprofessional / Dishonest
Paid him $2,500 to negotiate a settlement with an HOA, he sued them instead disregarding the laws and then abandoned the case. Does not return calls or messages after he’s been paid, increased the amount being disputed from $22k $37k, allowing my home to go into foreclosure
