Will fight for you

We fought for 10 years and appeals and one half favorable decision. She hung in there with me and fought for me as well as walked me through every step of the way. She listened to me. I felt very heard and validated. I highly recommend her. Amazing!

she is my hero

I found this office on internet. I filed disability case myself before, get denial, of course, and was looking for attorney's help. I did not have too much expectations fighting with Social Security. Our first meeting was long and productive. I was very impressed by Ms.Krank knowledge, she set clear ...expectations, explained terms that i was not familiar with. I could not have hoped for a better experience. Quick response and straightforward guidance. Logical explanation. Exactly what i wanted.Laura knows what she is doing and also gets it done. That is business part. Now emotional part On a top of that, what would you feel if your lawyer is not only highly professional and sharp, but also nice, warm, sincere and really cares! I enjoyed the process. Thank you, Ms.L.Krank!!! Highly highly recommend!

1-star only because negative numbers are not an option

Incompetence and institutional apathy personified. Refused to return phone calls, despite repeated, ever more desperate attempts over several weeks. The Staff kept insisting that she was never in the office, no matter what day or time of day. Never bothered to even have an office worker bother to cal...l and ask what the problems might have been. No updates on my case for MONTHS, no way to find out from SSA "since you have an attorney". Fired with contempt. Would rather have my bowels devoured by hungry dogs than hire anyone she has ever met. I hope she reads this and actually tries to resolve the issue, so that I can tell her to her face exactly how worthless she is. I doubt it, though, since she doesn't bother answering concerns.

This hurts because it is simply not true. Firstly, you can always check the status of your case online at ssa.gov. Further, I know my clients are suffering and I WANT to talk to them and reassure them. Also, I only get paid if you win. If I do not develop the file properly and know all the information that I can about your case I do not get paid. His message does not even make sense. He says that an "office member would not even bother to call back,"-if he is already on the phone with an office member then why would an office member need to call back? It is our receptionists job to answer the phone and give clients the status of their case and to take messages. If she cannot answer the question then she puts the call through to my lead paralegal or takes a message for my assistant to call back. If they cannot answer the question they create an electronic task that is impossible for me to miss (absent a rare human error.) I cannot delete the task until I complete it. When you call, the receptionist pulls the case right up on her computer screen and gives status. There is a 2 -3 year waiting period for a hearing. I cannot contact clients every time nothing happens in their case. Sometimes clients call and leave messages but when I call back their phones don't take incoming calls. Later they call back angry because they claim I did not return their call. My clients are in pain and/or suffering from severe mental impairments. Many times they are hopeless and homeless by the time they get to my office. I understand the frustration and anger because I have been doing this for 16 years and have helped thousands of claimants get their benefits. If you call and want to talk to me personally and I am not in the office, leave a DETAILED message and I WILL return your call. I refer you to my firm website that shows there are no better qualified attorneys in the country than the attorneys at my firm. We take cases that other attorneys will not take because they are too hard. We take cases when other attorneys have abandoned their clients after they lose at the hearing and we take the case over and represent them at the federal district courts and in many cases get them many years of past due benefits that would have otherwise been lost. Don't let one bad review sway you from getting the highest quality attorney on your case. Sincerely, Laura Krank.

Amazing

My husband's barber recommended Laura Krank to us in 2014 after I received a denial with another attorney. She was wonderful and if I had any questions either Ms. Laura Krank or her staff were always available to answer any and all questions. I was granted a fully favorable ruling with Ms. Laura Kran...k after my court date. I couldn't have been more happy with all of her hard work. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for an amazing attorney.

Really cares about her Clients..

Laura Krank Represented my mom on her SSI Case and won. She is one awesome attorney! She really takes the time to listen to her clients. This lady knows her stuff. She made sure my moms case was developed well in time for the hearing. She is a very smart and compassionate. She was always available on... the phone/email and respond to my moms queries promptly. Ms. Krank genuinely cares for her clients. My heart goes out to this lady. Thank you Ms. Krank!!
