James Martin Silva

I have worked with James a few times in the past on work related to medical cannabis. I have also had the exciting experience to see James in an actual trial. Here's how it basically went down: the prosecution was dumbfounded by James's preparedness and quick thinking, resulting in the Judge dismis...sing the case on grounds that the prosecution was basically unprepared. He played a complicated procedural trick and it worked. It was super cool to watch it unfold.

I heard of James Silva through a friend that he represented. When a different friend of mine was arrested , I immediately called James and left him a message. James returned my call promptly. Not only did James take the time to answer my questions but he took the time to call the jail where m...y friend was incarcerated to find out more details. I was so impressed by James's concern, consideration and time, that I felt the need to give him the BEST review!! I cannot express enough the thanks and respect I have for him. He is a man with true integrity!!! YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH JAMES SILVA!!!!
