Cherisse Gay Lanier

I retained Lanier to prepare our family trust and paid her upfront in full. Shortly after the initial intake, she and one of her associates decided to go their own ways, and somehow I was lost in the shuffle. She stopped responding to calls or emails. It wasn't until we made a claim with the bar that... she finally contacted us stating she changed her email addresses and phone numbers, but she sent that from the very email I had been writing to for the last few months! She then submitted a false invoice of dates and times "we had met," which I could prove didn't occur as I was working those days and times. Long story short- she took our money and never provided the product we paid her for!
