Biography
I practice commercial real estate and corporate law with Madden, Jones, Cole & Johnson. I have significant experience handling all aspects of real estate and corporate transactions, including negotiation and drafting of agreements, conducting due diligence, and advising on legal and compliance issues.
Prior to joining Madden Jones, I practiced with a firm in Riverside in their corporate and real estate sections, was the legal and project manager of a retail real estate investment and development firm, and served as a judicial extern under the Honorable Patti Jo McKay of the Los Angeles Superior Court, Appellate Division.
I earned my juris doctorate, cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law. I am a member of the Center Club in Costa Mesa, a member of the Orange County Bar Association within the real estate and corporate sections, and am an active member of the State Bar of California.
