Represented me in my divorce. Kept me "in the loop" the whole way. He even called me when the other lawyer wanted a continuance and discussed it with me. I felt I was a member of a team.
He sent me copies of all letters both the ones sent from his office and the ones he received from the other lawyer. He sent me copies of all legal documents too. In court he was prepared and used his sense of humor to help both the judge and me feel more comfortable.
I see why clients like him ... he's outstanding.

The best experience I've had with an attorney. I was very upset and scared about the divorce experience but, Mr. Zugsmith reduced my stress and kept me informed every inch of the way.
He was honest, practicable and had common sense. His fee was fair and the result I got was realistic ... More than I expected. I definitely would recommend him.

I had a divorce with a child custody issue. My spouse was trying to prevent our children from being with me. My case went to trial. It took 5 days before the judge made a decision.
Mr. Zugsmith went "above and beyond" in representing me. His preparation for court, the time he spent with me, his concern and his knowledge was what I needed to get a good result. He spent a lot of time with me and with the witnesses I told him about.
I believe if I hadn't had the attorney I did the result may have been different. He eas also very fair in what he charged me.

I was referred by Mr. Zugsmith's long time family friends. I trusted him. This was a divorce case. In my first conversation, I told him that I did not want to go through a lengthy process and in the end just pay for attorneys fees. He assured me that was not the case. He encouraged me to move forward and assured me I could expect an equitable outcome. After spending tens of thousands of dollars, he told me he could no longer represent me because he had health issues and had to sell his practice. I asked him to please stay on as we only had one more court appearance. His response was "do you want me to die". In addition to that, he made very inaccurate and slanderous comments to the family which referred me to him (in an effort to beat me to the punch) I then moved on to another attorney he referred me to as I was pretty new to this country and relied heavily on referrals. I was once again just thrown to the wolves and spent thousands more. I do not wish for anyone else to have to go through what I went through. I do not feel this attorney knows the meaning of "Fiduciary Duty" Highly unprofessional and unreliable.
