Lilia Ballesteros

If you are looking for an attorney, do NOT choose Lilia Ballesteros. She is rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and just an awful person. I do not know how she passed the Bar exam, as she is not very intelligent. She is very disorganized. On top of it, she will blame you for not knowing laws or pr...ocedures. But, isn’t that why one hires an attorney in the first place? Please learn from my mistake and hire someone who is professional, caring, and at least educated on how to handle cases. Please avoid her at all costs.

This lady shouldn't call herself attorney. She had my case for two years and negated to meet with me the entire time! she sat on my case for that long. I had to take my case from her. She treated so horribly that even my son who was with me couldn't believe that any attorney would ever act that wa...y. She was sarcastic, rude, degrading, disrespectful, irresponsible and vicious,. The last time I met with her she had my entire file on a desk to just hurt my, and degrade me. She is a horrible human being and I hope anyone needing an attorney STAY away from her. I asked for help from the office manager and got the same help. When I picked up my file, the office manager said "I wish I had know about your case prior, to help you" Lilia Ballesteros needs to lose her appointment to be able to practice in California! STAY AWAY
