Ligia Isela Hernandez

Ligia Hernandez is the worst lawyer I have ever had to deal with. She is an immigration lawyer that knows very little about the system. Note: She is NOT part of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. (AILA). While lawyers don't need to seek to be on this, its a red flag. I received an RFE in ...April, I sent her all of the information needed in May, its almost July now and she still hasn't responded. She uses one word responses in her emails and her office front desk staff are extremely rude. Every time I call I never am able to speak with her and her front desk staff always say "she is in court." I will be complaining to the WA and the CA Bar association about her.
