I'd take the prior reviewer as a great compliment.... Since the reviewer claims he was charged "way too much" it must have been a great settlement since these cases are taken on a contingency basis, I was charged 33% so if the attorney got way to much the customer must have gotten WAY WAY TOO Muc...h!! These guys did a bang up job for me and it was hassle free! Met with one of the Attorney's once, a few phone calls with a really nice girl about the my vehicle repairs and time off work, then Bam! I got a call regarding settlement of my claim. It was done in a few months and I didnt have to lift a finger!

Mr. Sailer told like it was. I was unhappy with the final offer from the insurance company and wanted to go to court. Mr. Sailer met with me several times to weigh my options and point out the risks of going to court and recommended the settlement. He even offered to cut his fee a little to make m...e happy. I made a HUGE mistake andgot a second opinion with an attorney who told me I had a great case and promisedsow so much more money..... I got screwed the new attorney made a bunch of money thousands more than Mr. Sailer was gonna charge but I ended up with $2500 less after 2 years of doing a lawsuit. I should have taken the money and run, rather than find an attorney who wasn't straight with me.

In the end the result was great. I agree with previous reviewer that Mr. Sailor is difficult to get a hold of some times but the staff is great and it shows that he is out hustling not sitting at his desk waiting fo the phone to ring. I'd rather hire a busy attorney, that knows what he is doing, t...han a guy that has nothing better to do than babysit his clients.

I lived in Whittier when I was involved in my first auto accident and I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. Well, I was recommended to him by a friend. Everything went smoothly, he kept me updated with the insurance info, and made all the arrangements to fix my car, and in the end I ended up with ...money in my pocket. Everytime I called the office and left a msg, I got a call back -- I hear of these attys that doen't call their clients back -- well, that wasn't the case with my lawyer. In the past, I've recommended my family members to Mr. Sailer. He's great at what he does.

This office did a great job getting me a fair settlement for my car accident. I had apprehension about hiring an attorney to handle my claim, but surprisingly it went very smoothly. My bills were paid and I was compensated sooner than I would have expected. My friend who was also in the same acci...dent hasn't even heard back from her attorney and my case is already settled.
