Thanks for the honest advice.

I got in a car wreck, all my friends and family were giving me advice on what to do and how much money I should get. Based on what I was being told I thought my case was worth big money. Mr. Sailer was straight up and told me his honest opinion that I had a small case but he would still help me. I ...didn't believe him and hired a guy off the TV who promised me big money, 4 years later it was 2 months before trial my attorney made me fire him because he said my case wasn't worth his time to go to trial after stringing me on for 4 years. I called Mr. Sailer back to see if he wanted my case still, he didn't rember me, and said it was too late to take my case so close to trial but gave me some advice on how to get it settled and negotiate my medical bills so I atleast didn't owe the doctors.

Car accident

I went to Richard sailer law firm on 11/2014 I was in a car accident I told him how everything went on, I asked him how much does he charge and he said" we don't charge until we get you some money" so he send me to the doctor and after three months going the doctor release me. I month later I called ...him and asked if they had pay the doctor and they told me he was negotiating the price with him two days later they called me and said that they settle the price with the doctor they cut it into three half's in other words he charge 50% from what he got me. If I would of known he was ganna charge 50% from what he gets I would of gone with someone else.

Hassle Free and I got some Dough!

I'd take the prior reviewer as a great compliment.... Since the reviewer claims he was charged "way too much" it must have been a great settlement since these cases are taken on a contingency basis, I was charged 33% so if the attorney got way to much the customer must have gotten WAY WAY TOO Muc...h!! These guys did a bang up job for me and it was hassle free! Met with one of the Attorney's once, a few phone calls with a really nice girl about the my vehicle repairs and time off work, then Bam! I got a call regarding settlement of my claim. It was done in a few months and I didnt have to lift a finger!

Very happy

I lived in Whittier when I was involved in my first auto accident and I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. Well, I was recommended to him by a friend. Everything went smoothly, he kept me updated with the insurance info, and made all the arrangements to fix my car, and in the end I ended up with ...money in my pocket. Everytime I called the office and left a msg, I got a call back -- I hear of these attys that doen't call their clients back -- well, that wasn't the case with my lawyer. In the past, I've recommended my family members to Mr. Sailer. He's great at what he does.
