Richard Scott Sailer

I had a minor accident. Thought it wouldn't be a big deal until the other guys insurance blamed me despite it being his fault. I talked to several attorney who were not interested because I wasn't seriously injured. I spoke directly to Mr. Sailer and explained my story. He lived in the same neigh...borhood, he knew the intersection and took on my case because he believed me and knew I was not at fault. It wasn't a big case but he wanted to hold the insurance accountable. We ended up winning the case, I got my car fixed, was checked out by a very good doctor and paid nothing out of pocket. I know that the law firm probably lost money based on the time they spent on my case but they didn't quit because they knew the insurance was playing games.

I called Mr. Sailer back to see if he wanted my case still, he didn't rember me, and said it was too late to take my case so close to trial but gave me some advice on how to get it settled and negotiate my medical bills so I atleast didn't owe the doctors.
