Mr. Olivares, is confident in his work, knew what the judge would want and had me prepared with evidence of compliance or those requirements in advance ready to dominate the court room, he was Amazing and aggressively assertive in what matters the most... Unfortunately, I am forced to give this attorney a poor review due to unprofessionalism. If you hire Mr. Olivares, be prepared to spend hours reviewing and correcting your documents/dispositions for spelling errors, grammatical errors, and incorrect and/or missing facts. This happened on every inst...ance. Also be prepared to go through a roller coaster of emotions from this attorney while you are already dealing with worries about your legal matter. On more than one occasion, he vacillated between a positive outlook on the case in one conversation to a dismal outlook on a another conversation. Worst of all, if you bring the above items to his attention, he will personally attack you, quite your case, and only provide a partial refund. There are so many choices for attorneys in California. Save your time and money and hire another family law attorney.

I hired lawyer Carlos Olivares to help me with my divorce that was very stressful and a hard thing to go thru in my life. But it was the worst decision i made because he took advantage of me because i had a fee waiver for the service filing of my court papers but he still charge me $550.00 when it ...was suppose to be free. He also filled out all of my court papers wrong where he put me as the petitioner instead of the defendant this occur in September 2015 and up to this date that is October 2017 im still fixing all the mistakes he made. Not caring at all about my case, he only cared about the money he was making. I Would definitively will not recommed this lawyer to no one going thru dificult and stressful times Like a divorce.
