Mr. Hammons represented me in my legal suit against a contractor who terminated work on an existing contract without any notification. The contractor was pre-paid for the majority of the contract and had completed only a portion of the work. The law suit was against the contractor's bond to recover... pre-paid expenses for unfinished work and the expenses to repair the unfinished work that was damaging the property. Mr. Hammons was very professional and personable to work with. He also was very efficient in preparing the legal documents to expedite closure of the case.
