Levon Z. Derkalousdian

Levon is a man who advocates for us, women. He has an amazing professionalism, thoughtfulness and attention to detail as he enters a great battle for us. As a woman in this massive corporate world who is a victim of unfair labor treatment AND sexual harassment in the workplace, he was very effici...ent as he took the lead and offered continuous support. It was really hard for me to tell my side of the story and reliving the worst and horrible experience in my life, especially sharing this kind of story to another person, most especially to another man. However, Levon really made me feel very safe as I share my story. He was very kind, respectful, patient and punctual. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for me. A case against a mega corporation was very scary and stressful, but Levon made sure that I was in good hands and he never fails to check up on me especially my mental health. I feel extremely blessed and lucky to have Levon as my warrior. Thank you for doing all the fight for me, Levon!

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to pursue a sexual harassment case specially after my female H.R. shamed me. Speaking to Levon and seeing how he felt just as disgusted as I did just by hearing what I had to say made me feel like my voice was finally going to be heard. I am so grateful to him for answering ...every single question I had. Responding in a timely manner. It really made this process a lot less stressful than I expected it to be. My personal experience with Levon regarding my pregnancy discrimination case is his high work ethic, availability for his clients and his professional personalism. If I had any questions regarding my case Levon would make sure they were answered, whether that be a quick text or email or a phone confe...rence explaining any process I may need to know. Any paperwork I had to fill out he would personally go over with me to make sure I fully understood. Levon had to interview a past coworker of mine who’s schedule is very hectic and was only available after 7:30pm but still made himself available to take his call for the sake of my case. Levon goes above and beyond for his clients and I would recommend him to anyone.

I feel like 5 stars is not enough for this review. Levon demonstrated a very high level of knowledge, integrity and conscientiousness working on my sexual harassment and wrongful termination case. Highly focused on the client's goals and very practical approach to solutions. Very accessible and a ple...asure to work with on difficult matters. He's genuine, thoughtful and extremely thorough. I completely trusted him. Look no further. I highly recommend Levon to everyone who have legal problems at work.
