Levon Z. Derkalousdian

Levon Derkalousdian is a Senior Associate Attorney with Shegerian Conniff LLP where he practices all aspects of employment ligation in both state and federal courts, and arbitration. Levon has dedicated his entire career to representing employees, including victims of sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Levon approaches each case with intention and aggressive advocacy to obtain the maximum value for his clients. His work includes all aspects of pre-trial litigation, such as taking and defending depositions, pre-trial motions, discovery, case management, client relations, and mediations. Levon has successfully opposed numerous motions in favor of his clients and secured millions in settlements, making a meaningful impact in his clients’ lives. 

While in law school, Levon was a Senior Advocate in the prestigious Trial Advocacy Honors Program (TAHP) where he competed nationally in various trial 2020, Levon was a semi-finalist in the coveted National Trial Competition (NTC).In 2019 and 2018, Levon competed against over forty law schools and placed in the quarterfinals at the National Criminal Trial Advocacy Competition (CACJ).Given his work ethic and talent in the courtroom, Levon was named Best Trial Advocate in 2020 at Southwestern Law School.
