Levon Z. Derkalousdian

Levon was so proactive and protective when defending me in my sexual harassment case. I never went through a lawsuit before and his knowledge and patience was truly amazing. I felt protected but also no question I had was a dumb one. He didnt let the other parties take advantage of my lack of knowled...ge. I was scared because I was sexually harassed by a supervisor at a big company and when letting the HR department know, I was ignored and had my hours reduced. I was so lost but found the best person to defend me. Levon truly listened with a kind heart which is hard to find because you never see lawyers as people who are openly caring and hurt for you. My deposition was terrifying before we even began but during it Levon completely killed it, he didnt let anyone try to get one over on me and he was so knowledgable about my rights and privacy. I cant recommend him enough, I was so scared and lost but he truly made me feel safe and able to be vulnerable. He was aggressive in his approach to find witnesses to speak on my behalf and even against the other party. He didnt stand down at all when it came to my defense and for that I am grateful.I dont think there are enough words to explain how grateful I am that I found him and that he was the one who represented me l, hopefully I dont ever need another lawyer but I can day that I will return to him over and over again until he retires which hopefully I dont have to need a lawyer in the future. Thank you so much Levon you truly saved me.

I want to start off saying he was Amazing! My first point of contact with him was perfect. My hesitation at first was normal because I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. Working with Levon was amazing, The whole process of starting a lawsuit had me overwhelmed and I didn’t even know where to start.
