THERE ARE NO WINNERS IN FAMILY LAW. The client was let go in July 2014, due to his inability to control his girlfriend, Victoria Locke. She made threats to both the staff and attorney. Was forbid from coming into the office due to her threats of bodily harm. As any person can tell it is evident she is aggressive and abusive. She did not know that an attorney can fire his client. Don had a face to face with the client, without Ms. Locke, she was outraged. He and Don left on good terms, he signed a Sub and three documents were prepared for him Pro Bono - Supp Dec, I&E and Profit and Loss (NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED), due to the fact he was going In Pro Per (representing himself) The next hearing was over thirty days away. This client is self employed and can surely type. Family law is difficult at best and we only wish the best for Ms. Locke or any one else faced with the difficulty of dealing with family law matters.
