William was hired for an in state move away order that involved a Parenting Plan Assesement II held a social worker to make custody recommendations. William was profession, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. Most importantly, William listened to the issues and gave us options in dealing with ...the challenges of a move away order. Ultimately, William guided us to a successful move away order, and we were very happy with his service.

Mr. Watkins helped my wife and I with several things. First, he aided us in a name change and then drafted a living trust. During the entire process Mr. Watkins was responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy about the position of our case. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and took th...e time to answer everything I threw at him. Not only did he remain professional and courteous he was extremely persistent in my needs. He made sure that I was taken care of before he progressed with the next step. This is an individual that will go above and beyond for his clients. He is not shy to tell you the truth and will make sure he explains it to you in a way that you can explain. Most people joke that attorneys are "blood suckers". Mr. Watkins is anything but. His fee was extremely reasonable and if I may say so myself, cheaper than many of the other attorneys I came in contact with. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Watkins services to anyone looking.

After spending nearly $4,000 to have a "standard" trust package, upon the advice of a friend, I called Will when I needed several amendments done to my trust. Not only was Will straightforward, he explained things in way more detail than the prior attorney I'd utilized. Additionally, he did not cha...rge nearly as much for my amendments and he even pointed out some additional things for me to utilize that I had never considered but were very useful. All in all, I can't recommend Will highly enough. His integrity is second to none (and for attorneys, that's saying something)

Mr. William Watkins represented me with my child custody/child support case. I needed to modify my child support based on my REAL custodial time. Prior to hiring Mr. Watkins, I had tried for several years to modify child support on my own, but I had no success. I even worked with two other attorneys ...but they never got it done, which discouraged me from having to spend any more money on attorneys. Will is an amazing trust attorney. I had heard friends speak about getting trusts before and my eyes glazed over as I had no idea what they were talking about. But on the advice of a friend, I gave Will a call and he was willing to sit down with me for no cost and go over the basics in PLAIN ENGLIS...H about the benefits of wills and trusts. He even agreed to have a second conference with my husband at no additional cost. After discussing with my husband we both agreed he was extremely intelligent and sharp and we completely trusted him. In a few weeks, we had everything that was promised and that was three years ago. To this day, he still interviews us (again at no cost) once a year to see if anything has changed that might require us to revise or tweak our trust. I cannot say enough about how secure I feel knowing Will is there to help. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
