Heather Miller completed a long overdue update of an existing trust for my wife and I in June 2014. In working with Heather we found a number of items which were outdated based upon current CA State Trust law and changes in our family finances & structure. Because of her attention to detail and ask...ing thoughtful questions, Heather was able to complete a new trust to meet our needs for the future. During the entire time Heather was very professional and created a high degree confidence & trust. The new trust was delivered in both hard & soft copy formats and in a timely manner. Heather also provided detailed instructions on executing the trust to ensure all assets where properly identified & named for the trust. Heather also made the process more convenient by the use of email, fielding phone call questions, and coming to our home twice in Ventura County. I highly recommend Heather for the creation of a new trust or updating an existing one (particularly if it is over five years old)!
