I can’t thank Nicholas Pollack enough for everything he’s done for me. He fought tirelessly for over 10 years to help me avoid deportation and finally get my green card. I called the offices of Nicholas Pollack to see if I could renew my work permit. I have been a client of his for over 5 years, even though the staff was rude and at times felt unwelcome, I kept going with him as the attorney fees were being paid in payments . I had gone into his office to ask for... a copy of my file probably 6 months before calling in today. After of course, charging me for it. I was provided with a copy of my file. I had not renewed my work permit for a couple of years therefore I called to see if I could go back to their office and renew it. I was told that being that I had ask for a copy of my file they would have to check with the attorney to see if they could still assist me. I told them that I was not aware that I was not allowed to ask for a copy of "my" file. The attorney will be out until Wednesday I was told but, we will check with him to see if we can still assist you. I am so disappointed that after paying the attorney fees and being a client for years it all comes down to asking for a copy of "my" file. I would not recommend this attorney nor will I go back, I rather start from scratch and look for an attorney who will not make me feel I just need to give him my money to be seeing. Not sure if I should complain about the attorney or about the staff. I am obviously not an attorney but, if there are any steps I missed I think that the staff (being that I deal more with them) , should have notified me of any changes or concerns.

I had an immigration case handled by Nick and his staff (Fabi). They're awesome. They will guide you through out the entire process, from the smallest details to major ones. They will answer all of your questions and will always be there to answer any additional concerns that might arise as the case ...is moving forward, they will return all of your calls. I personally had a complicated case. I've been arrested In the past, I had to get all my paperwork together to prove my case, he said that based on my case I had to go out of the country to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. Fabi made my appointment, got my packet to take to the U.S counsel ready and she also prepared me for my interview day, I attended my interview and the proses was very smooth and easy everything went exactly as Fabi told me it was going to go. Fabi even emailed my wife to find out how the case went shortly after the interview, that's a little touch of personal level in their job and that shows how much these people care about their clients.
