Bryan Edwin Johnson

I serve a wide range of clientele and value every attorney-client relationship greatly. Each engagement benefits from the depth and breadth of the legal knowledge force available here.  Often, more than one area of expertise is required, and my multifaceted background allows me to provide advocacy informed by many areas of law. In addition to a law degree, I have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, and an MBA (earning graduation honors as the top 1%). I am a U.S. registered patent attorney, learned in copyrights, patents, and trademarks. I am licensed by the State Bar of California and the United States District Court in the Central Disctrict of California.  Legal fields for which I have provided client advocacy or studied include contracts, landlord-tenant, business, family, wills, trusts, cybercrimes, and various other civil matters

In addition to representing clients in various legal matters, my background entails serving as an Honors Intern for California's Office of the Attorney General. Also, I have worked as an engineer in industry for over 12 years, and have served as a business consultant to start-ups, creating business plans and implementation strategies.

I have also served as an adjunct professor for the California State University system, teaching upper division courses in arbitration, mediation, conflict resolution, business social responsibility, ethics, and business communication.

I have volunteered at the Domestic Violence Clinic of the Legal Aid Society of Orange County and Southeast Los Angeles County where legal services are offered to low-income individuals through advocacy, legal counseling, representation, and economic development and community education.
