I don’t usually write reviews, but choosing a lawyer when going through a divorce is very difficult and crucial. I have nothing negative to say about Anh’s services during this painful process. On the contrary, she attentive, fair, easy to communicate, and educative with common sense. She explained t...he process in detail and answered all our question from day one. My now ex-wife and I received the same professional treatment and information. I know this because I was in constant communication with my ex. She really made this process less painful by being upfront with her fees and by keeping it simple. This was an amigable divorce, and she helped in keeping it simple. This is the reason why I decided to give Anh an excellent review.

Yes No Statement of Complaint Anh was hired to defend in a ex parte case in which she was paid for, I was never billed for her services in the case, nor was I represented, despite me paying 2600. She encouraged the case be handled outside of court against my wishes and I agreed to handle matters faster. I was never billed or credited for those funds. She then charged me another $2k to file paperwork me and my ex could "agree to". We agreed and signed the documents, a few weeks after the documents were signed I emailed Anh to check on the status of the filing. I was emailed immediately met with "I'm done with this assignment, pay me $2500 for a retainer". This is unacceptable and then to make matters worse I received and email stating the documents were prepared incorrectly and when I voiced this to her, she lies and says she spoke with facilitators office and that documents were ok. 4 days later I receive notice in the mail all documents were returned and needed to be resubmitted. Despite my frustrations, I played along and re-signed documents to complete the case. I resigned the documents Jun 11th for resubmission back to the courts and I had to reach out after no communication to find out my ex has never been reached to sign the documents again. She was great until she was paid, I was overcharged, not communicated with, verbally bullied, and left with nothing. As a Disabled Veteran who is also a black single father, I feel belittled and taken advantage of and no one should ever be treated like this. She hasn't completed any of the work she was paid for, refuses to communicate after payment, I feel robbed and this extremely unfair.

I was stuck in a joint tenancy that I wanted to leave. I was feeling threatened and started searching for female attorneys who could understand my situation and how I wanted to approach it. Anh not only understood my predicament just from my brief explanation, but also gave detailed and clear options... of how to proceed, including the route I myself wanted. I ended up getting exactly what Anh and I discussed in the beginning and I am extremely pleased with her services. She had guided me throughout the entire process and I never felt like I was alone. I highly, highly recommend Anh; she is intelligent, very knowledgeable, cares about her clients, and doesn’t waste any time.

Ahn has been so important in my divorce process. She is an expert, very sharp in what she does. Every detail is precisely taken care of in a timely fashion, proper language which as a client it makes you feel secure with one less area to worry about. She is also very understanding and a good listener.... Hardships in life are hard enough, so during this time I appreciate this process being as smooth as possible. She is the only one I recommend.
