Michael Tse-Wen Sun

We were charged for services not provided. Mr. Sun represents himself as an estate planning specialist, but what was given to us was essentially what Quicklen's Willmaker program offers at a fraction of the cost. We were handed a virtual text book on estate planning, most of it "boiler plate" and o...bviously earlier prepared for a client other than us, and we then had to comb through the pages of material to figure out what applied to us. No need for Mr. Sun which we realized only after the fact of retaining him! And in attempting to settle our differences, he has been completely uncommunicative.
