What a joke -- dishonest charlatan
Mr. Collins hits every terrible cliche and stereotype of a lawyer. Both on the phone and in his dingy office, he'll bring up pointless topics, just to keep you talking so he can bill you for more. Overall, this grouch is completely ineffectual and useless. Avoid at all costs.
