I was under the gun with a exparte that had no merits and Chelsea jumped in draftees a response and then case law in few hours only with very solid research. Not only that she was very reliable under the pressure I. Was and delivered a response in such a short notice but she also arranged for the pro...cess server in her own. She truly wanted to help and did more that I saw from old school lawyers interested in billing only. I was better served and so much more affordable by Chelsea and most importantly I felt that she cared. I had only bad experiences until I got her help. She is a awesome attorney and was able to deliver a successful statergy under the gun.

Chelsea was assigned to me by the supervising attorney at the Gay Family Law Firm. My previous attorney bailed the firm without any notice to me. Chelsea is not a strong communicator - she was vague and did not do a good job explaining my divorce process, nor keeping me posted of what to expect next.... (No guidance or direction) Nor was she proactive in dealing with the opposing attorney. She was not available to represent me on an important court date that may have been critical to the judgement of how much spousal support I had to pay. Some other attorney I never met reviewed my case for a few hours and represented me. When my retainer was exhausted, I went to another firm. When my new attorney requested my case records, she denied, stating that I owed the firm money (which I did not). My new attorney explained to me that she cannot withhold records after I secured my retainer with him. She must have known that wasn't ok, because when he called her out, she immediately sent my file to him. In the first 48 hours of working with my new attorney, I got more action, explanation and guidance from him than I did in two months working with Chelsea. I never felt like Chelsea or the Firm really protected me or fought for me.
