Working with the Collins Law Group has been a great eye-opening experience. The process has been very thorough and painless despite the sensitive subjects of death and disability. I knew I needed a Living Trust so I attended the Collins Law Group’s seminar on Wills and Trusts. This was a new experience for me which highlighted the fact that I needed a trust to avoid probate costs. I’ve seen families in my church go through the painful probate process. The probate fees are abso...lutely horrible! I had no idea the court assesses fees based on percentage of estates instead of flat fees. Ironically, I helped a lot of people fill out their forms regarding estate planning and still had not done it for myself. Finally, I planned with the Collins Law Group. The experience has been great and I am very pleased that Attorney Collins and her staff will be there for my family when I pass. Their services are all-inclusive with everything you need to protect your loved ones.

We met Attorney Collins years back through the real estate board. She later conducted a seminar in our home for the people in our neighborhood. We will admit that we were so grateful for her gesture in spreading the importance of planning and getting a living trust but at that time, we were not ready... to go forward. After the presentation, however, many of our neighbors were so they signed up and got their planning done right away. Meanwhile, we created our trust through a trust mill and soon found that we could never get in touch with anyone. There was no one available to explain our document and what we had created. Now, we were ready to plan and we knew we had to get it right with the Collins Law Group. Planning with Attorney Collins and her staff makes you feel good. Death is a difficult and emotional subject to even discuss but I know my family will not suffer the pain and confusion of probate because we finally got our planning done. With the Collins Law Group, we have access to the attorney and the team is there any time we have questions or concerns. We can always go back for an appointment to keep our trust updated and the way we like it. Also, they now have a video to explain the estate plan. It literally explains the different components of the whole document so if ever we forget, we are able to get a refresher in the comfort of our home. The Collins Law Group is informative and professional; they are unmatched!

Ms. Collins’ seminars are very beneficial and extensive. All of my questions were answered during the Q&A portion. Even questions that I didn’t ask were addressed. Initially, I thought I only needed a will but Attorney Collins made it clear that those all get probated in California. Following the se...minar, I hired the Collins Law Group to create my Trust for me. Ms. Collins and her staff are very thorough. They keep you up to date. More importantly, they put all of your affairs in order to avoid family drama.

The first time I tried to make a Living Trust was not with the Collins Law Group. I was referred to an attorney and it was a disaster. He never returned my calls and when I finally got a chance to speak with him, he was rude and condescending. I then decided to plan with Attorney Collins.
