she was convinced my ex would need to pay all of her fees, and told me i would get over a thousand a month in child support. then she just kept dragging out the trail to be multiple days and adding more and more to my legal fees, while telling me it was okay because my ex would pay. then my ex was l...aid off, and she withdrew from the case. i went in on the last day of trial pro per and found out she had not filed my declaration to have my fees reimbursed and had filed an old income report that made it look like i have more money than i do. in the end i was ordered to pay almost 800 a month in child support and i still owe thousands in legal fees. at least she got me the schedule i wanted but i dont think i should have to pay her for trial when she didnt even file the right things.
