I am grateful to Michelle Dean for her professional representation, composure and work ethic. From day 1 she was very supportive dealing with this very stressful case and demonstrated empathy throughout the legal process by always being there for me. Any negative comment related to this lawyer come...

Please know that AVVO does not verify whether a post is by an actual client. There must be something in the air . . . the post from June 12, 2024 and May 10, 2024 were from opposing parties - who lost in Court. This latest poster was not my client. The information is not accurate and most importantly my client went from having only weekend visitation to 50/50. Again Family Law cases are truly unique and difficult and I have always made it my goal to address expectations and outcomes. I will continue to do just that!

Failed to present facts to help the case, and was easily disproved by opposing side. Acted like a spoiled child with no courtroom manner. The judge did not have a high opinion of her presentation or knowledge.
The person writing this comment was not my client. I believe this was an an opposing party. There was a hearing on May 10, 2024 wherein the Court made orders I believe this opposing party did not like. Family Law cases are very difficult for everyone involved but this statement does not accurately reflect what occurred. This opposing party substituted out his lawyer after the May 10, 2024 hearing.

My divorce was complicated, included many properties and business entities — and this woman got it done! And, as opposed to the others I worked ...
