Mr. Capozzola quoted a price to me in writing. I paid half up front and owed the rest in a matter of weeks. The nature of my case changed and when it looked like it wouldn't require as much work and we might win with just a hearing and no court case he called me and said he would refund half of my ...fees since we weren't going to an arraignment or trial. He offered this because my husband went ballistic that we were going to pay for services he wasn't providing. He requested and pressed me to send him the remaining fees owed, but assured me that he would never lie to me or dupe me and that we would get our money back because he didn't want a complaint from me with the State Bar. Once my case was completed without going to an arraignment or trial he refused to honor what he told me and claimed he never said he would give a refund. Get everything in writing and don't trust that he'll deal with you honorably. BEWARE
