I needed help with a difficult employment situation due to disability accommodations. It was extremely stressful to handle. I consulted Samy and explained how I wasn’t in a headspace to handle the convos with HR anymore due to the stress and how it was making my health worse. I was ready to quit and ...wanted help drafting a resignation letter that would let me still get a good reference later. Samy asked me to hold off and talked to HR and came up with some other options. He got the employer to agree to the accommodation I’d been denied for 2 years. I did end up deciding to leave in the end because the employer was going back to their old shenanigans regarding other issues and causing too much stress. Samy arranged a painless transition out.
