He is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as the United States District Court for both the Central and Southern Districts of California. Mr. Posada received his Juris Doctor degree in 1995 from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1995. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1992.
