Law Offices of Henry A. Posada is a Los Angeles based law firm representing immigration clients in the greater Los Angeles area, as well as across the United States and abroad.  Mr. Henry A. Posada is a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law, the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) Immigration Law Section.  He is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as the United States District Court for both the Central and Southern Districts of California.  Mr. Posada received his Juris Doctor degree in 1995 from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1995.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1992.
